Job Description
We are looking for a Real Estate Sourcing Specialist to support sourcing and procurement activities for real estate and workplace-related categories. The role involves coordinating sourcing events, managing supplier interactions, maintaining contract documentation, analyzing commercial data, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Execute sourcing activities for real estate and facilities-related categories.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather project scope, technical requirements, service levels, and budget details.
Support supplier onboarding, contract documentation, approvals, and compliance checks.
Maintain sourcing records, supplier databases, commercial documentation, and contract trackers.
Monitor contract renewals, supplier commitments, and service performance to ensure business continuity.
Analyze spend, pricing, and supplier performance data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Assist in supplier negotiations, review meetings, and resolution of service-related issues.
Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Facilities teams to resolve sourcing, invoicing, and contract administration issues.
Ensure adherence to procurement policies, documentation standards, approval workflows, and audit requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Supply Chain, Commerce, Finance, Facilities Management, or a related field.
2–7 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, facilities procurement, workplace services, real estate operations, or related commercial roles.
Strong knowledge of sourcing processes, supplier management, and contract administration.
Experience in commercial analysis, spend analysis, and procurement reporting.
Good stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement or ERP systems is preferred.
