Responsibilities
- International recruitment over chat process for the Philippines
- Designing simple and effective job posts to attract the right talent
- Screen incoming resumes
- Interview candidates via phone and video
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
