Education & Qualifications
Post Graduate in Accounting or Finance
CA / CPA preferred
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) activities
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Manage period-end close activities including journal entries
Oversee fixed asset accounting and depreciation processes
Handle overheads, tax, and treasury-related activities
Support financial reporting and analysis
Ensure data accuracy, quality checks, and compliance
Meet daily targets, timelines (TAT), and SLA requirements
Work on financial systems and process improvements
Identify and drive transformation initiatives and automation opportunities
Resolve queries/issues in a timely and efficient manner
Must-Have Skills
Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
Strong Analytical & Reporting Skills
Good-to-Have Skills
Proficiency in MS Excel
Good English Communication
