Key Job Role & KPI details :
Job Role:
Lead cross functional process improvement projects applying the process excellence methodology and thereby streamline and standardize customer impacting processes, to achieve reliable and reproducible results
Evaluate and initiate six sigma improvement projects with focus on tangible business impact and timelines. Serve as project lead / project coach to the process improvement projects
Run process workshops to assess the process capabilities, document the process maps / flows and identify and prioritize process improvement projects
Prepare project updates ,business reports and presentations as required
Review process notes/manuals to assess process construct, check risks and mitigants, provide insights on enhancing customer experience via process improvements/leveraging technology
Plan and schedule business process reviews and ensure all business processes remain active at all times
Plan, conduct and manage the internal and external ISO 9001 QMS audits across the organization
Schedule refresher trainings as required for the internal auditors
Monitor the Business Process Management tool for modelling of processes and manage rollout of new/revised business processes across the organization
Apply for Business Excellence awards nationally and internationally
Liaise with technology team for timely delivery of requirements shared and coordinate business user community for the execution of user acceptance test as well as tracking issues.
Maintain repository of BRS documents with proper version control mechanism with BCP adherence.
Strong analytical skills and logical ability with creative approach to problem-solving and excellent communication & supervisory skills.
Hands on experience on Microsoft office tools and using macros in Excel
Required Qualification / Experience
Qualification:
Six sigma Black Belt certified with at least 2 years of experience post black belt certification. Preferably PMP certified.
Software competency: MS project, Visio
Experience: Overall 10 to 12 years of experience and of which minimum 2 years in a similar role in the customer service domain with exposure on handling national level role
