Role: Sr Process Associate- GL & Fixed assets

Skill: General Ledger Core Accounting & Finance Skills
Experience: 4 years to 8 years
Job Location: Nagpur
Shift: 24x7 Rotational

Education:
• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream-B. Com (Hons), M.COM, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, ICWA Inter.

Must Have Skills:
Record to Report, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, InterCo.
Performing compliance verification/approval and quality review
Researching/reconciling of GL/Bank accounts
Deep understanding of Month-end close and Journal entries
Exposure in Intercompany/intracompany billing including revenue recognition

Good-to-Have Skills:
Reconciliations
Thorough working knowledge of Payroll Reconciliation
Review and update detailed schedule of Fixed Assets and accumulated depreciation Conduct Fixed Assets analysis as requested by the Client
Prepare audit schedules relating to Fixed assets and assist auditors with their queries Revaluation of Foreign Currency liability / assets
General Accounting & Fixed Assets( General Ledger (GL) Accounting, Bank Reconciliation, Month-End Close Process, Journal Entries, Compliance Verification & Approval, Quality Review),
Intercompany / Intracompany Transactions (Billing & Settlements, Revenue Recognition)
Good understanding of oracle & Cadency"

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:
Should be able to perform Customer account / statement reconciliation
Review timely inputting or matching, accuracy, completeness and reconciliation
Identifying the process gaps and provide solutions
