Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRO Analyst (Level 2 & 3) to join our team.
This role will be responsible for full ownership of HR processes and policy guidance, specifically in the management of disciplinary cases related to attendance issues, call avoidance, job abandonment, unauthorized settlement, and similar cases. The analyst will manage the entire lifecycle of HR disciplinary cases, providing comprehensive
guidance, documentation, and support to managers and employees, ensuring adherence to
company policies and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Case Management & Process Ownership:
o Take full ownership of the HR disciplinary case management process, from case initiation to resolution.
o Handle cases related to attendance management, call avoidance, job abandonment, unauthorized settlements, and other disciplinary issues.
o Ensure all cases are managed in line with company policies, HR best practices, and legal requirements.
2. Policy Guidance & Support:
o Provide expert guidance and advice to managers on HR policies related to disciplinary actions.
o Assist in the interpretation and application of HR policies, ensuring consistent and fair treatment of all employees.
o Develop and update HR policies related to disciplinary actions, ensuring they are current and in compliance with relevant laws.
3. Communication & Documentation:
o Maintain clear, concise, and accurate records of all disciplinary cases, including documentation of all actions taken.
o Communicate effectively with managers, employees, and other stakeholders throughout the disciplinary process.
o Prepare reports and presentations on disciplinary case trends, outcomes, and recommendations for policy improvements.
4. Empathy & Employee Support:
o Demonstrate empathy and active listening skills when dealing with employees involved in disciplinary cases.
o Provide support and guidance to employees throughout the disciplinary process, ensuring they understand the process and have access to necessary resources.
5. Critical Thinking & Decision Making:
o Apply critical thinking, judgment, and reasoning to evaluate complex disciplinary cases and determine appropriate actions.
o Work independently to resolve cases, making informed decisions based on company policies, past precedents, and legal guidelines.
6. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
o Collaborate with HR colleagues and other departments to ensure a consistent and integrated approach to disciplinary case management.
o Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to HR case management processes and tools.
Qualifications:
• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
o Postgraduate qualifications in HR or a related field are highly desirable.
• Experience:
o 4-6 years of experience in front-line HR roles, with a strong focus on managing HR disciplinary cases.
o Proven experience in managing complex disciplinary cases from start to finish within a US HR environment.
• Skills:
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Strong empathy, listening, and probing skills.
o Ability to infer and analyze complex situations and data.
o Critical thinking, judgment, and reasoning abilities.
o Independent working capability, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
o Familiarity with US labor laws and HR best practices related to disciplinary actions.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to address complex HR issues and find effective solutions.

• Attention to Detail: Precision in documenting and managing cases to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Communication: Clear, professional, and persuasive communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
• Call taking: Should be able to take/make calls with the client and customers
Work Environment:
• Primarily office-based, with some potential for remote work depending on organizational policies.
