**Overview:**
Learning & Development have implement several leadership programs that require additional support from my team: Seller shall have support available Monday through Friday from 6:00am – 5:00pm Pacific Time. Each task will have complete set of documented processes and job aids to support tasks provided
A Learning Delivery Specialist is responsible for the coordination, execution, and support of learning programs to ensure a smooth and effective learner experience. This role involves managing learning requests, supporting enrollment and course delivery, troubleshooting issues in LMS/HRMS platforms, and ensuring training activities are completed accurately and on time.
The specialist works closely with learners, managers, SMEs, and business stakeholders to resolve issues, provide timely support, and maintain data accuracy. They also monitor SLA/KPI performance, prepare reports, and help improve learning processes through strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
**Qualifications & Technical Proficiency**
• Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Learning & development).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools for tracking and analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
**Core Responsibilities:**
• Ensure the seamless execution and operational integrity of training programs
• Coordinate and support the end-to-end delivery of learning programs and training activities.
• Manage learner enrollments, course assignments, cancellations, and completion tracking.
• Liaison between the business and the scheduling team to accomplish the daily tasks.
• Evaluating and verifying any incoming Special Requests (unplanned/unscheduled)
• Coordinating with the (Master scheduler, supplier point of contact, to communicate and verify requests/tasks related to successful delivery
• Critical for verifying "Special Requests" and ensuring all documented processes are followed.
• Bridge gap between Learning Integration and supplier partners
• Managing a delicate relationship with the client group
• Partner with BU/BPs to establish strategic direction
• Help BP/BU develop strategy for new programs
• Work with BP/BU to determine actions to achieve program training goals • Consulting/Systems Thinking - - e2e in value chain • Develop/design business ops procedures • Bridge gap between
Learning Integration and supplier partners
**Work Experience:**
• 4+ years of experience in learning and delivery, human resources, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Systems & Tools such as any Event App, working on LMS, MS Teams, SharePoint, Catering, resource management tool for logistics and coordination
• Experience acting as a liaison between business units (like manufacturing) and centralized L&D teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and manage "Special Requests"
• Managed and curated the digital learning content, including course materials, multimedia resources, and assessments, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible.

• Consistently validating incoming requests against SOPs to ensure 100% accuracy before scheduling.
**Work Conditions**
• Capability to accommodate 24/7 shift schedules as needed.
• Regular adherence to US shift schedules, potentially involving night shifts in India.
• Facilitate and oversee interactions with various stakeholders, including senior leadership teams, as necessary.
• Office-based work exclusively; remote work not available.
