Job Title: Voice Customer Service Executive (International Process)
Location: Pune / Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 6 months (International Voice Process preferred)
CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA
Role Overview
TCS is hiring for an International Voice Customer Service role for Pune and Mumbai locations. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with prior experience in international customer service environments and strong communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service (International Voice preferred)
Experience in Banking, Travel, Healthcare, Collections, E-commerce, Telecom, or Technical Support domains
Graduate or Undergraduate (preferred)
Strong English communication skills with a neutral accent
Good computer proficiency (Windows, data entry, etc.)
Flexible to work in a 24x7 environment (US/UK/AU shifts)
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions via calls with professionalism
Manage service activation and issue resolution
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Coordinate with internal and external teams for quick resolution
Process customer requests (orders, billing, provisioning, etc.)
Schedule appointments and dispatch equipment when required
Ensure compliance with company policies and timelines
Escalate issues appropriately when needed
Maintain data privacy and security standards
Meet defined performance and quality metrics

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Relocation Note
