Location: Gurgaon
Salary Range: up to 16-17 LPA
Role Description:
The ideal candidate should have strong domain knowledge in Insurance, particularly in Annuity, Life, and Retirement services. This transformation involves a unique mix of consulting, technology, and operations services. The candidate would need to have strong business acumen to partner effectively with the client and lead the large-scale initiative.
Job Description for candidates:
-Insurance Tower (Retirement Services) Transformation Lead
-Serve as the portfolio lead for all changes affecting the Line of Business
-Work with the Overall Transformation Lead to ensure appropriate initiatives are shared across the lines of business
-Collaborate with the BU Technology team to implement any short-term changes, automations and/or large system implementations to derive client and/or company's business case value
-Design the Future State Blueprint/Process and Roadmap to enable the needed capabilities and associated productivity/quality improvements
-Serve as the lead for driving continuous improvements of operational efficiencies for the LOB
-Serve as an Industry specialist in the appropriate line of business, outlining best practices (Retirement Services)
-Drive the value stream mapping to derive a streamlined process and appropriate automation
-Collaborate with BU Operations Delivery to implement any process and/or policy changes and ensure Operational Readiness
-Oversee the change adoption and value realisation of the appropriate initiatives
-Analyse the operational data for business insights and determine where additional operational improvements can be made.
Skills Required:
-Candidate should have strong domain knowledge in Insurance, particularly in Annuity, Life, and Retirement services
-Certified Master Black Belt/ Black Belt
-Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and transformation programs in current/ past roles
-Prior Exposure to Retirement Services
-Excellent presentation and communication skills with flexibility in working in US hours
-Insurance industry background (Retirement Services) preferred
