Join our team as a Client Care Representative, assisting customers through calls and online interactions in a dynamic Australian voice and blended process.
Key Duties:
- Address customer concerns over calls and chats.
- Resolve account discrepancies and coordinate service visits.
- Inform customers about additional services and self-help resources.
Skills & Experience:
