As a Client Service Coordinator, you’ll liaise with customers via an Australian voice and blended process to ensure timely resolution of queries.

Key Tasks:

Respond to inquiries via calls, emails, and chat platforms.

Make necessary billing adjustments and escalate complaints.

Ensure proper coordination for troubleshooting activities.

Experience Required:

Degree in a related field with relevant customer service exposure.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
