Customer Service Executive

Salary: 20,000 - 40,000 per month (depending on experience)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our customer service team as Customer Service Representatives

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.

Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding product features, services, pricing, and promotions.

Assist customers in resolving issues, concerns, and complaints effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

For fresher applicants: Completion of graduation with a minimum of six months of relevant experience.

For experienced applicants: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
