Job Location: Chennai



Job Description 

The role is of Customer Leader - Retail Banking Operations, Credit card Ops, Mortgages and Payments. Unit caters to Banking Operations for one of our top clients in Canada. Due to the geography serviced by unit, it asks the candidate to work in India Night Shift (4 PM IST - 4 AM IST).

Key Responsibilities

* Candidate will be required to manage client relationship at an operation level

* Responsible for delivery of the scope of Services (Single point of contact)

* Lead a group of 2 to 3 Delivery Leaders and guide them successfully to manage respective domains 

* Responsible for Account P&L, Gross Margin, meeting revenue and GM targets

* Support Pre-Sales and COE teams in RFI/ RFP work and domain studies

* Candidate will also be expected to manage feedback (VOC), monitor & implement re-engineering initiatives/ transformation projects

* Chennai site related responsibilities in liaisoning with various teams





Person Specification : 

Candidate would be expected to have strong people management skills, business acumen & possess Thought Leadership 





Knowledge/Experience:  

Managing a team of experienced professionals & relevant knowledge of Commercial Lending, Trade Finance and Wealth Management would be added advantage.

- Good communication & presentation skills - Ability to liaison with senior Management

- Process Driven and has an eye for detail

- Self motivated, willingness to take on challenges and adaptable to change
