Job Title: Customer Success Specialist (Native Korean Speaker)

Description: We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist fluent in native Korean to join our team at KL Sentral, Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our Korean-speaking clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Korean-speaking clients, building strong relationships and providing ongoing support to ensure their success.
- Onboard new clients, conduct product demonstrations, and provide training to ensure they fully understand and utilize our products/services.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, address any issues or concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and support, to advocate for clients and ensure their feedback is heard and acted upon.
- Monitor client usage and performance metrics, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve overall satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in customer success to continuously enhance our strategies and processes.
Requirements:
- Native proficiency in Korean with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and retention goals.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Diploma or above in any field.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Must be eligible to work in Malaysia.
