Title: Customer Service Representative (Native Japanese Speaker) Location: KL Sentral, Malaysia Language Requirements: Native Japanese + B2 English (Japan Market) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (9 hours per shift) Experience: Minimum 1 year in Customer Service Education: Diploma or above Salary: RM 10,000 per month Benefits: Work visa sponsorship and flight ticket provided
Description: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in native Japanese and proficient in English (B2 level, Japan Market) to join our team at KL Sentral, Malaysia. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service and hold a diploma or higher qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service support via various channels (phone, email, chat) to Japanese-speaking customers.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex matters as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Uphold service quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Fluent in native Japanese and proficient in English (B2 level, Japan Market).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Diploma or above in any field.
- Must be eligible to work in Malaysia.
