Responsibilities include :
Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues they may encounter, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to address customer inquiries effectively.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, ensuring that customers feel valued and respected.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer service best practices to enhance your performance.
Qualifications:
HSC + 1 Year Experience in BPO
Graduates + 9 Months Experience in BPO Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Adaptability and flexibility to handle a variety of customer interactions.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
