Minimum Qualification - Only full time , regular college Graduates, no correspondence.
Minimum - 1yr of customer service and sales experience on papers, all relieving letters required.
Salary upto 10lpa for
Vrm customer service and upselling or cross selling process - all on calls, premium , gold, and hni customers, (70% Sales and 30% Rm & Customer relations and customer service and client servicing B2b and B2c.)
Designation - Virtual wealth relationship manager,
2 rounds - Hr & 2 director, ops round, walkin drive,
On payrolls of Idfc,
Age - min 21yrs to max 32yrs,
Location - Thane, Quantum Hiranandani , Wfo,
Need only Mumbai and local candidates,
Shifts and offs - 930am and 10am , 9hrs shifts, 2nd and 4th sat off and all bank holidays, comp off.
Centralised transport, trunk or nodal transport from borivali stn and thane stn and panvel stn and kalyan stn and juin nagar stn.
Target cos - real estate cos like lodha, and candidates with premium Customer service and upselling and cross selling exp on calls from any industry,
Can bpo apply - with excellent comms, and upselling and cross selling exp,
Documents - relieving letters for last 3 companies and full time graduation marksheets and passing certificates.
Personality - doesn't matter, as it's virtual, but well groomed.
No poach - from Idfc projects.
Weekly Drives
Cooling period - 4 months,
Wear a blazer or tie for the interviews and only formals and etiquettes and grooming and mannerisms and behavior.
Prudent worked with Idfc for a decade.
Cibil / Credit score - required for 650 .
