We are looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team for an International Voice Process. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Punjabi and English, possess excellent communication skills and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service. As a CSR, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information about products and services to customers
- Handling customer complaints, escalating issues to the appropriate department if necessary
- Managing and resolving customer issues and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining customer records and ensuring customer data is accurate and up-to-date
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Punjabi and English (written and verbal)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in using computer applications
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
Location: Mumbai or Kolkata
