We are looking for a Customer Service Executive with excellent communication skills in both English and Punjabi to join our International Voice team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing accurate and timely solutions
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members as required
- Meet set targets for customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality
- Continuously develop product knowledge and soft skills through training and coaching
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Punjabi
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an International Voice process
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Graduates in any discipline
We welcome applicants from all over India, but please note that the work location will be Mumbai.
