Job Overview
We are hiring experienced professionals for the Customer To Cash / Record to Report (C2C/R2R) process. Candidates should have strong exposure to Finance & Accounting operations, reconciliation, journal entries, and month-end activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3)
B.Com / M.Com or similar non-technical graduation preferred
Candidates should be comfortable with rotational and night shifts
Ex-Tata Consultancy Services employees are not eligible
Must Have Skills
Reconciliation experience
General Ledger Accounting
Journal Entry preparation & posting
Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS)
Good To Have Skills
Experience in C2C process
Working knowledge of Oracle ERP
R2R operations exposure
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries in ERP
Handle month-end closing activities
Prepare schedules for different tenders
Perform cash, card, and revenue reconciliations
Support internal and external audit requirements
Ensure accurate and timely R2R transaction processing
Resolve accounting-related queries with internal teams
Maintain reports and trackers using MS Excel
Work on pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and reconciliation reports
Required Skills
Strong Finance & Accounting knowledge
Understanding of Revenue Recognition process
Good communication skills – written & verbal
Strong MS Excel skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Important Note
PAN Card & Date of Birth are mandatory for profile creation
