1. Experience in BPO industry (Female candidates preferred).

2. Experience of handling large spans with multiple clients and across channels (Voice, Email, Chat).

8. Ability to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders.

9. Role is based out of Bangalore and may need travelling from one site to another.
