**We’re Hiring: HR Operations Associate – German Language Support | Bengaluru**

**Position:** HR Operations Associate – German Language Support

**Location:** Bengaluru

**Salary:** Up to ₹1,00,000/month (based on experience)

**Experience:** 1 – 8 Years

**Qualification:** Graduation Mandatory

**Language Requirement:** German (Minimum B2 Level – Mandatory)

**What You’ll Do:**

* Manage and support end-to-end HR operations for German-speaking employees

* Handle employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, documentation, exits, etc.)

* Resolve HR queries via email, chat, and calls in German & English

* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with policies

* Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders

**What We’re Looking For:**

* Strong communication skills in **German (B2 or above)** and English

* Experience in HR operations/shared services preferred

* Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
