Role Summary
Provide high-efficiency HR support for onshore US & Europe employees. Own Employee Data Management [EDM], HR Admin, and Hire-to-Retire lifecycle transactions in Workday + ServiceNow. Act as SME for data hygiene, reporting, and transactional accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Transactions & Data Management: Process Workflow, ServiceNow Cases, and Workday activities. Handle Promotions, Personal data changes, Separations, Cost center changes, Transfers, and Compensation changes in Workday modules
- Workday SME Activities: Expert in Workday Inbox/filters management. Use Sandbox for Workday testing. Validate employee records for data hygiene and reporting accuracy
- Reporting & Governance: Prepare and publish weekly and monthly reports. Support data/records management to ensure high data quality standards
- Team & Transition Support: Coach team members as needed. Deliver training sessions. Lead by example. Experience in pilot transitions is a value-add
Knowledge & Experience – Must Have
- Experience: 4–6 years in US and Europe HRO verticals. Hire-to-Retire HR transactions: EDM, HR Admin, Employee Lifecycle events
- Systems: Expert-level knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow is mandatory. Workday Reporting experience preferred
- Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, and resolution skills. Multi-tasking, confidentiality, independent working, and strong organization. Ability to work on deadlines under pressure
Education & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Basic MS-Office knowledge required
- Soft Skills: Ability to coach, deliver training, and lead by example
Working Conditions
24_7 shift flexibility required. Work from Office only – No WFH. Must be agile to extend hours to meet deadlines without prompting
