Location: Mumbai - TCS Kensington Office, India | Work Setup: Onsite
Shift: 2:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight
Job Type: Full-time
Band: BPO Grade 1/2
Experience: 2–6 Years
Salary: Up to 7 LPA CTC
Role Purpose
Support German-speaking customers with professional, courteous service. Handle queries in German across reading, writing, and speaking. Ensure accurate communication and documentation while maintaining high customer experience standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction:Interact with customers in German and English in a professional, courteous manner
- Language Support:* Provide support via voice/email/chat with fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and German
- Service Delivery:Handle customer queries as per defined SOPs. Maintain accuracy, TAT, and documentation standards
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- Language:German - B2 or above certification is mandatory. Strong fluency in German reading, writing, and speaking
- English: Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required
- Education:Any full-time Graduate. Commerce preferred
- Technical:Good MS Office competency
- Experience: 2–6 years overall experience
Working Conditions
Onsite at TCS Kensington, Mumbai. Fixed shift: 2:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight.
