• End-to-end recruitment


• Build good working relationships with candidates


• Understand the core values of the company and its goals


• Calling on leads provided by the company


• Present the product favourably and in a structured professional manner over the call


• Maintain and develop relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone calls and emails.


• Follow up with potential candidates.


• Aligning interviews and taking their initial screening
