Job Responsibilities :
- End-to-end recruitment
- Build good working relationships with candidates
- Understand the core values of the company and its goals
- Calling on leads provided by the company
- Present the product favourably and in a structured professional manner over the call
- Maintain and develop relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Follow up with potential candidates.
- Aligning interviews and taking their initial screening
