Executive work and responsbilities are broadly

categorized as below:

Recruitment - 70%

Other aspects of HR - 30%

❖ ROLES AND RESPONSLIBILTIES :

• You’ll be responsible to work on hiring for multiple

roles at one go - both internally for Gratitude and to

place candidates on clients projects.

• Strong expertise in closing out on roles with a very

short TAT and minimal supervision.

• Ability to come up with Job Description and

developing a roadmap for the roles based on the

Requirements.

• Experience in identifying and sourcing the right

profiles for each job role.

• Specialised expertise on posting jobs on relevant job

portals.

• Should possess impeccable integrity and ethics.
