We are looking for an experienced HR Reporting & MIS Specialist to join our team in Bangalore or Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HR reporting, advanced Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis, with the ability to deliver high-quality reports and dashboards to global stakeholders.
This is a full-time Work From Office role supporting global HR operations during US Shift hours.
Key Responsibilities
HR Reporting & Data Analysis
Gather, analyze, and interpret HR data from multiple sources.
Prepare accurate, timely, and insightful HR reports, dashboards, and custom datasets.
Develop and maintain regular and ad hoc management reports.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports.
Continuously improve reporting processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with global stakeholders and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to deliver reporting requirements.
Understand business needs and translate them into meaningful reports and dashboards.
Provide timely updates and effective communication with internal stakeholders.
Reporting Documentation
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and reporting guidelines.
Maintain documentation for report definitions, data sources, and reporting methodologies.
SLA & KPI Management
Ensure all reporting deliverables meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintain high service quality standards.
Prioritize multiple requests while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Process Improvement & Compliance
Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting processes.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive HR information.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and reporting standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
5–7 years of experience in HR Reporting, MIS, or Data Analysis.
Strong proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel.
Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
