We are hiring an HRIS Analyst with experience in HR Information Systems, HR Operations, HR Analytics, and HR Technology. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Infor preferred), strong Excel skills, and the ability to support HR systems, reporting, data analysis, and process improvements.

Salary: ₹6–7 LPA

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage HRIS data with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Configure workflows, fields, reports, and HR system modules.
Troubleshoot HRIS issues and coordinate with IT and vendors.
Develop HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for business decision-making.
Support HR processes including recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee lifecycle activities.
Assist with system upgrades, testing, implementations, and new feature rollouts.
Conduct HRIS data audits and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Create user documentation and provide HR system training.
Required Skills
1–5 years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or HR Analytics.
Experience with HRIS platforms (Infor preferred).
Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis).
HR Reporting & Analytics.
Data Management & Data Integrity.
HR Systems Configuration.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage confidential employee information.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
