We are looking for an experienced HRO Payroll Assistant Manager with strong expertise in Global Payroll Operations, International Payroll Processing, Payroll Compliance, and Vendor Management. If you have experience managing multi-country payroll operations and ensuring accurate payroll delivery while maintaining compliance, this opportunity is for you.
Location : Bangalore
Experience : 8–10 Years
Salary Up to ₹12 LPA
Shift : Rotational Shift
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries.
Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, bonuses, taxes, deductions, and statutory payments.
Maintain employee payroll and master data with high accuracy.
Coordinate with third-party payroll vendors and ensure SLA adherence.
Ensure compliance with international payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
Validate payroll outputs through audits and reconciliation processes.
Generate payroll reports, payslips, and payroll registers.
Resolve payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholders.
Support payroll audits and year-end payroll activities.
Drive process improvements and ensure payroll data confidentiality.
Required Skills
8–10 years of Global or International Payroll experience.
Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing and Payroll Compliance.
Experience with multi-country payroll operations.
Vendor Management experience.
Knowledge of payroll software such as SAP, Workday, ADP, Oracle, or similar.
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience supporting audits and payroll reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
