Job Summary
TCS is hiring Team Members for its Collections process in Gurgaon. The role requires candidates with prior international voice experience in B2B or B2C collections. The selected candidate will be responsible for following up on overdue invoices, handling payment and account-related queries, resolving disputes, coordinating with internal teams, and performing basic Excel-based reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Call customers for payment on overdue invoices for assigned buckets in scope
Perform account maintenance activities
Handle account and payment-related queries from the accounts payable team
Coordinate with internal teams such as billing, originations, and related stakeholders
Process payment applications
Handle disputes and work towards resolution
Manage invoice reconciliation activities such as pre-bills, credit rebills, invoice splitting, PO changes, and adjustments as per scope
Prepare and maintain basic Excel-based reports and analysis on assigned inventory
Complete daily task lists related to regular TCS activities
Eligibility Criteria
Prior international voice experience in B2B/B2C Collections
Good communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English
Comfortable working in a 100% work-from-office setup
Open to night shifts by default
Preferred Skills
Good verbal and written communication
Basic Excel knowledge for reporting and analysis
Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams
Good problem-solving and dispute-handling skills
Attention to detail in invoice and account-related activities
Experience
Relevant experience in international collections / voice process preferred
