Job Requirements*
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Proven Root Cause Analysis (RCA) capability – mandatory
• Hands-on experience in reconciliation (Recon) and MIS reporting
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM and Employee Central (EC) – mandatory
• Exposure to Data Quality & Governance frameworks – preferred
Knowledge and Hands-on experience of India Labour Laws – mandatory
Manage a team of 15 team members across multiple locations
Key Responsibilities*
• Perform and review MDM transaction processing activities
• Manage overall Employee MDM process for various location
• Handle employee master data changes in SAP HCM & EC
• Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis for recurring data issues
• Prepare and publish MIS reports and dashboards
• Ensure adherence to data governance, SOX and audit requirements
• Support stakeholders and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Job Qualifications & Skills
Master Data Management (MDM)
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, stakeholder management, performance management, team-managerial competencies, conflict management
Graduate in any discipline
SAP HCM / SuccessFactors – Preferred
PAN and DOB are required for profile creation
