About the role
We're hiring an HRO Learning & Development Associate with German language proficiency (B1/B2) to support global HR learning operations. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in HR Operations, Learning & Development, Shared Services, or Learning Administration who enjoy coordinating training programs, managing learning records, and delivering exceptional support in both German and English.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in HR Operations (HRO), Learning & Development, Learning Administration, Shared Services, or Back-office Operations.
German language proficiency with B1/B2 certification (mandatory).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
Basic understanding of HR processes and Learning & Development operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational, coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with HR systems, LMS, or Learning Management Platforms is an advantage.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
