- Daily Call Monitoring as per the Quality Audit Template
- Sharing Required Feedback with FTE’s
- Motivating FTE’s to improve Quality Scores
- Coaching & Training on CQ Parameters
- Maintaing CQ Audit Data Base
- Reports & Process CQ Audits to be shared with Management
- Identify Root cause & provide solutions
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate + 1-2 years proven experience as QA
- Proficiency in English
- Ready to work in Domestic BPO
- Problem Solving & ready to do attitude
- Customer Centric Skills
