HIRING FOR QUALITY ANALYST
(VOICE BACKGROUND)
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Daily Call Monitoring as per the Quality Audit Template
2. Sharing Required Feedback with FTE's
3. Motivating FTE's to improve Quality Scores
4. Coaching & Training on CQ Parameters
5. Maintaing CQ Audit Data Base
6. Reports & Process CQ Audits to be shared with Management
7. Identify Root cause & provide solutions
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Graduate + 1-2 years proven experience as QA
2. Proficiency in English
3. Ready to work in Domestic BPO
4. Problem Solving & ready to do attitude
5. Customer Centric Skills
