Quality Analyst – Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
Job Location: Kolkata
Work Mode: Onsite / Hybrid (As per Business Requirement)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Quality Analyst with a mandatory Six Sigma Black Belt Certification to drive quality excellence and process transformation across enterprise projects. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in quality management, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, process optimization, data analysis, and stakeholder management.
This role involves leading continuous improvement initiatives, delivering measurable business outcomes, mentoring teams, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and organizational best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards, frameworks, and governance processes across projects.
Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives using DMAIC and DMADV methodologies to improve quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Identify process gaps, eliminate defects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze operational and project data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Prepare quality dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for management and stakeholders.
Design and implement process improvement frameworks that enhance business performance.
Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems, client standards, and organizational policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality objectives and project milestones.
Present quality insights, recommendations, and improvement strategies to senior leadership and clients.
Mentor, coach, and train team members on Lean Six Sigma tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
Support audit readiness and ensure compliance with quality standards and governance frameworks.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Mandatory Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
10–15 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or related functions.
Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, DMADV).
Hands-on experience with process improvement, quality management, and operational excellence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
