Skills Required : Hardcore voice process selling experience as well as team leading experience ; Can look from Insurance domain, Banking, Edtech. (Basically anything which can be sold over phone)
Good team handling experience, target oriented, Familiar with business metrics
CTC - Can go upto 7 LPA fixed + 3 LPA incentives (capped)
Timing - 12 - 9 (AM & PM both)
