We are looking for a skilled Traffic Coordinator to support the execution, scheduling, and delivery of advertising campaigns across Linear TV and Radio platforms. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in media operations, campaign scheduling, ad trafficking, and broadcast coordination.

Role Overview
As a Traffic Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing advertising schedules, coordinating creative assets, ensuring campaign delivery, and maintaining compliance with broadcast standards. You will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and efficiently while meeting client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Traffic Coordination & Asset Management
Coordinate the delivery and trafficking of advertising assets across broadcast platforms.
Ensure all creative materials meet technical specifications and delivery deadlines.
Verify compliance with broadcast standards and client requirements.
Monitor campaign readiness and address asset-related issues promptly.
Campaign Scheduling
Build and maintain detailed advertising schedules for TV and Radio campaigns.
Optimize inventory utilization while meeting campaign goals and client expectations.
Manage schedule changes and resolve conflicts arising from programming adjustments or operational requirements.
Ensure accurate placement of advertisements according to campaign plans.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Conduct thorough schedule checks to prevent duplication, overbooking, or incorrect ad placements.
Ensure all advertising schedules comply with applicable industry regulations and broadcasting guidelines.
Maintain high standards of accuracy and operational excellence.
Reporting & Analysis
Generate campaign delivery and performance reports.
Analyze scheduling and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Provide insights to internal stakeholders for campaign optimization and process enhancements.
Operational Support
Work closely with broadcast operations teams to resolve scheduling and traffic-related issues.
Support workflow improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
Maintain accurate campaign documentation and records.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Broadcasting, Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Experience
2–8 years of experience in:
Traffic Coordination
Campaign Scheduling
Media Operations
Broadcast Advertising
TV or Radio Campaign Management
Technical Skills
Experience with traffic management systems such as:
WideOrbit
IBMS
Aquira
Similar broadcast scheduling platforms
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Familiarity with media measurement and audience analytics tools is an advantage.
