Role: Trainer
Location: Indore/Chennai
Grade: BPO 3
Salary Range: up to 9 LPA
Mandatory: Relevant Google Product Experience
Contractual Services: Trainer Services
Google Product Certification: Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer
Responsibilities:
Training Session & Onboarding Coordination:
- Plan and schedule training sessions focused on technical incident ownership, resolution, and communication skills, including room bookings and virtual meeting setup.
- Coordinate all logistical arrangements for technical training delivery, ensuring necessary resources and tools are available.
- Manage the distribution of technical training materials and access credentials to participants.
- Manage logistical aspects of technical onboarding, including system access and introductions to relevant teams.
Program Administration & Reporting:
- Create and manage user account access on learning platforms relevant to technical training programs. Troubleshoot user access issues.
- Track participant attendance and progress in technical training and onboarding programs.
- Gather and analyze training data related to technical programs (participation, feedback, assessment scores).
- Generate reports on the effectiveness of technical training and its impact on key metrics (e.g., time to proficiency in incident resolution).
Continuous Improvement (Learning Programs):
- Analyze feedback and performance data to identify specific training gaps related to technical incident management and develop targeted interventions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of technical training programs and identify areas for continuous improvement and optimization of content and delivery.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of internal knowledge bases and training resources based on program feedback and evolving needs.
Skills & Competencies:
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute learning and development programs effectively.
• Ability to gather, track, and analyze training-related data to identify trends and insights.
• Experience in using and navigating learning platforms for user management, content administration, and reporting.
• Meticulous in managing program details, schedules, and resources to ensure smooth execution.
• Identifying and resolving logistical or administrative challenges that may arise during program delivery.
• Commitment to providing a positive and effective learning experience for participants.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
