TITLE: US TECHNICAL RECRUITER - MULTIPLE POSITIONS

LOCATION: SATELLITE, AHMEDABAD

WORK HOURS: 6.30PM TO 3.30AM IST (MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for performing full-cycle recruiting functions including but not limited to job understanding, candidate sourcing, social networking, phone screening, email communication, documentation, summary writing, and presentation.

Identifying the right candidates with the right skills to match the US clients requirements

Regularly interacting with Account Manager to understand the requirements

Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting

Should ensure to revert submit profiles with the quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition

Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as headhunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals

Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, offer extension and post-placement care)

Ability to work as a good team player, Maintaining & building the candidate database

Required Skills:

Minimum 12 months of Full Cycle Recruiting experience particularly in Information Technology for US staffing and recruiting industry.

Experience with MSP/VMS Temp Staffing and operating ATS.

Excellent English language skills including reading, writing, and speaking.

Ability to communicate fluently with foreign nationals.

Self-motivated, passionate, and energetic professionals.

Comfortable working night shift (6.30PM to 3.30AM IST).

Must be interested in either technology, sports, fitness, creative writing, art & craft, travel or architecture.
