Preparing vacancy. • Candidate must have experience of job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster etc. • Sourcing candidates for In-house recruitment. • Pre-screening candidates & forwarding CVs to Assistant HR Manager for further screening or selection. • Take technical tests of candidates in coordination with HR manager. • Maintaining selection, a daily call tracker, & candidates’ rejection tracker. • Follow up with candidates till joining. • End-to-end recruitment with a given turnaround time. • Hiring right candidate for right job. • High-quality candidate in given turnaround time.
