Hiring For Senior Auditor | Permanent WFH | Day Shift | in Selangor

What You Need to Excel in this Role

Possess a degree in Accounting or a related field.

Progress towards CA, CPA, CISA, or equivalent qualifications is advantageous.

Demonstrate a proven track record of adhering to processes and collaborating effectively with others to achieve shared objectives.

Expectations and Opportunities

Client:

Engage proactively with clients to comprehend their business and align Findex services with their needs.

Foster and maintain positive relationships with existing clients and contacts.

Operations & Compliance:

Plan audit engagements, identify risks, formulate the audit strategy, schedule staff, and negotiate fees.

Ensure the timely resolution of Manager and Partner review points.

Meet project deadlines, remain within budget, and inform the Engagement Manager and Partners of any budget deviations.

Complete audit files in line with the Findex Audit Methodology.

Stay updated on technical knowledge to meet statutory and regulatory requirements.

Business Growth:

Seek opportunities to enhance client services within the firm.

Engage in external industry and business activities to enhance Findex's visibility and attract clients.

People Leadership:

Coach and support team members' development.

Delegate tasks, set clear goals, and review team work to ensure compliance with auditing standards.

Provide positive leadership as a role model.
