Working Days: Monday to Friday
Weekly Offs: Saturday & Sunday
Shift: Permanent Night Shift
Shift Timings:
- 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Contract: 6 Months + 12 Months Renewable

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: RM 4,000 – RM 4,500
Negotiable up to RM 5,000 (Based on Experience)
Wi-Fi Allowance: RM 150/Month
Night Shift Allowance: RM 25/Night
Performance Incentives
Total Monthly Earnings: RM 5,000+

Key Responsibilities

Provide real-time consecutive interpretation between English-speaking healthcare professionals and Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking patients.
Interpret conversations accurately without omission, addition, or modification.
Support healthcare-related discussions involving doctors, patients, insurance, and medical staff.
Maintain confidentiality and neutrality during all interactions.
Handle sensitive, urgent, and emergency healthcare conversations professionally.
Follow interpretation protocols, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Attend training, coaching, and quality review sessions.
Ensure schedule adherence and productivity in a remote work environment.

Candidate Profile

Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese and English.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Prior experience in interpretation, translation, customer service, BPO, healthcare support, or voice processes is preferred.
Comfortable working permanent night shifts.
Strong attention to detail and memory retention skills.
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
Must have a stable internet connection and dedicated work-from-home setup.

Eligibility

High School Graduate, SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree.
Freshers with strong language proficiency are welcome.
Experience in interpretation, translation, customer support, healthcare, media, or journalism is an advantage.
