Job Description:
-Proficiency in English Communication(Speak, Read, Write)
-Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issue related to the company's products - Proficiency in English Communication( Speak, Read, Write
-Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
-Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
-No client's Rider/Driver Account (Ensure candidate declared
Training Period : 1 month
Basic Salary (RM)

Night Shift Allowance- 300
