Location: George Town, Penang
Compensation: RM 2,800 - RM 3,300
Work Shift:Rotational
Educational Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Diploma in any discipline.
- Proficiency in English at the B2 level, covering reading, writing, speaking, and aural comprehension. [Refer to language proficiency levels](https://www.coe.int/en/web/common-european-framework-reference-languages/level-descriptions)
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience in customer support across various industries.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, particularly those with degrees in English-related fields.
- While call center experience is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.

- Skillful in managing and meeting customer expectations.
- Active listening capabilities.
- Proficient in handling queries and objections professionally.

- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to going the extra mile for personal improvement.
- High emotional intelligence, maintaining composure during stressful customer interactions.
- Strong reasoning and analytical abilities.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, proactive attitude, and composed communication in challenging scenarios.
Language Proficiency:
- Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin.
Technical Proficiency:
- Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm with a 90% accuracy score.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
