Position title/level: Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaker)
Project: Content Moderation
Working Place: Johor Bahru
Contract Period: 12 month(s)
Working Days: 5 days
Working Shift: 10 am - 7 pm (Compulsory working on Public Holidays and Weekends)
Basic Salary (RM): 3000
Overtime: If Require
Key Performance Indicator (KPI): 300
Qualification: 18 years old, completed with SPM, UEC, and IGCSE certificates.
Language Proficiency: Chinese & English
Job Descriptions:
-Review and moderate online content (text, images, videos) to ensure it follows guidelines.
-Respond to customer inquiries via chat or email.
-Identify and flag inappropriate content.
-Ability to read and type in Mandarin.
-Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive content.
-Basic computer skills.
Training Provided: Yes
Public Holiday Rate: Yes
Shuttle Services Provide: Yes
Attraction: 1 month Accommodation Provided For Outstation * Upon request, with 6 month(s) services bond
