We are hiring for the "Content Moderator" role. The current requirement is for Chinese, Japanese, and Korean native speakers.
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Responsibilities
- Ensure that users have a secure web surfing experience.
- Strive to protect users from harmful or explicit content made by scammers.
- Screen user-generated content about their company or brand
- Check for content accuracy and other standards set by the brand
- Ensure that the content follows a pre-decided structure. ban certain users or members for violating content creation guidelines set by the company
- Reviewing Online Videos//Content/Complaints/Legal Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material
- Reviewing/updating content on a popular social media platform
- Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Over 22 years old
- Native Speaker
- Analysis (Problem Identification & Issue Resolution)
- Empathy
- Resilience & Flexibility
- Drive & Persistence
- Learning and knowledge enhancement
- Interpersonal Skills and Teamwork
- 5 days a week (Rotational week off)
- Willing to work on rotational shifts ( Morning Shift 09.00-18.00, Evening Shift 13.00-22.00, Night Shift 21.00-06.00)
