Customer Service Executive
Qualification: Completed with SPM, UEC, ICGSE certificate
Language: Bahasa Melayu, English
Job Description:
Proficiency in English Communication(Speak, Read, Write)
Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issue related to the company’s products - Proficiency in English Communication( Speak, Read, Write
Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
No client’s Rider/Driver Account (Ensure candidate declared
Training Period : 1 month
Basic Salary (RM)
Bahasa Melayu+English: 1,900.00
English speaker: 2,100

Night Shift Allowance- 300
