What You’ll Bring
At least 18 years old with SPM, UEC, or IGCSE certification.
Fluent in Traditional Mandarin and English—both spoken and written.
A natural at connecting with people, staying patient, and solving problems.
Comfortable with a 24/7 rotational shift pattern, including weekends and public holidays.
Good computer literacy and the ability to type efficiently.
