**Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Speaker)**
**Location:** George Town, Penang, Pulau Pinang
**Salary Range:** RM 2,800 - RM 3,300
**Shift:** Rotational Shift
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- B2 level English Language proficiency.
- 6 months+ customer support experience.
- Fresh graduates welcome (English, Mass Communication, or related fields).
- Fluent in Mandarin.
**Interpersonal Skills:**
- Customer-oriented with a focus on results.
- Active listening and query handling skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
- Emotional intelligence in dealing with stressed customers.
- Good reasoning and analytical skills.
**Technical Skills:**
- ⌨️ Minimum typing speed: 40wpm, 90% accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office.
