Job Title: Customer Service Specialist (Mandarin)
Job Overview
Assisting customers via E-mail, chat, phone and other channels TBD at a high degree of quality
Responsibilities
- Ensure all communication is handled professionally and promptly but with a human touch across all channels.
- Demonstrating strong product, brand and industry knowledge to ensure all customer queries are answered making them promoters of the brand.
- Meet targets and requirements set by the client and management.
- Appropriate knowledge and information shared by the client and management team.
- Take the extra mile to engage with consumers
Location: Georgetown OR Bayan Lepas OR KL
Salary: RM 2800- RM 3300

Mon - Fri | 9am - 10pm
Sat- Sun | 9am - 6pm
